I had worked in the education, health and sport arena for over 15 years and after a few years I realised that there was a lot more to health than just diet and exercise. I have a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education both from the University of Sydney and both focusing on Health. I had been interested in Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology for many years and decided to embark on more education nearly fifteen years ago to learn the finer details of energy which affects not only the health and relationships of people but also their prosperity.
The Certificate IV course I have completed with Distinction at the Australian College of Environmental Studies is the most comprehensive Feng Shui course in Australia. I have studied under Grand Master Raymond Lo (I Ching and Feng Shui 1 and 2), extensively with the Australian Academy of Feng Shui (4 courses on Feng Shui and 8 courses on Chinese Astrology) and also undertaken the Advanced Four Pillars of Destiny course with Jerry King. I have studied with Melynda Munroe, Howard Choy, Grand Master Stephen Skinner, Master Vin Leo, Master George Bennis and other professionals to increase my knowledge of many formulas to assist my clients. Along with my many life experiences, I can understand the challenges that life can sometimes present. I have experienced major health and relationship issues and currently run my two businesses (Feng Shui Harmony and Everything Feng Shui) whilst raising my two teenage children. Since utilising the knowledge of Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology my life, relationships, health and prosperity just keep getting better.
I am a previous President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Board member of the Association of Feng Shui Consultants (AFSC). I am the first Consultant in NSW to be awarded Accreditation as a Feng Shui Consultant by the AFSC which was formed with the objective to define, promote and maintain a high level of regulation and standards in the practice of Feng Shui and to ensure the Feng Shui profession has an outstanding reputation within Australia. I am also a Professional member of the Australian Chapter of the International Feng Shui Association.
After a few years as a Feng Shui Consultant, I noticed that a lot of clients had issues with clutter which hindered a lot of my recommendations relating to the Feng Shui of their space. A couple who lived in Pennant Hills got in touch with me as a result of my sponsorship with Pennant Hills Public School Fete and rang me for assistance. When I arrived at their door I couldn’t physically get into the front door and had to enter from the back door. The energy at the front of the house, which turned out to be quite positive was not able to flow freely due to the clutter. I had a light bulb moment and thought it would be beneficial for my clients and my business if I could provide this additional service. The following month I trained as a Professional Organiser.
The thing I enjoy most about being a Feng Shui Specialist and Professional Organiser, living in the Hills area, North West of Sydney, is the positive legacy I leave with all of my clients. It is wonderful to know that using my knowledge based on traditional Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology, as a Feng Shui Consultant I can help change people’s life for the better every time.
