As a Feng Shui Specialist, I prefer to minimise the use of Chinese adornments where possible and instead provide recommendations in a subtle manner through fine-tuning and harnessing the energies that you and your property are receiving through the use of colour and furniture placement. I am a Feng Shui Consultant who has undertaken hundreds of hours of specialised training in traditional Feng Shui methods of Form School, Flying Star School and Chinese Astrology/Four Pillars of Destiny over many years. In essence, I am able to provide recommendations that will maximise the energy of the home for the occupants so that there is improvement in the health, wealth and relationship areas of their lives.
To be able to provide any analysis it is crucial that I have an accurate floorplan drawn to scale showing all the rooms, doors and windows and know the construction date of the building within a 20 year period (eg 1944-1964, 1964 – 1984 etc). Additionally if there have been any renovations or extensions involving the removal or addition of the roof I would need to know when these occurred. The birthdates of occupants is also required. I have ways to help find this information if you do not have it readily available so just let me know if you need assistance.
I live in the Hills Area which is in the North West of Sydney but am happy to travel as far as Newcastle, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Bateman’s Bay, Canberra and Bathurst. I am also happy to travel to Brisbane and Melbourne. Travel costs of $55/hour (+ GST) will apply for onsite consultations outside the metropolitan Sydney region.

Using the principles of Feng Shui and engaging a Feng Shui Consultant prior to renovating or building can save you a lot of hassles. Each year around the 4th February, the energy coming into each building changes and it is imperative that you understand where the positive and (especially) the negative energy is located and remedy accordingly. A Feng Shui specialist can ensure you have this important information. This report is only available to previous clients who have already had an analysis of their home or business conducted. The following is included in the consult;
- 8 – 10 pg report with recommendations emailed
- Follow up phone call to discuss recommendations

I will come to your site – land, home or business premises and spend an hour with you discussing Feng Shui aspects that may be relevant.
This service can be used as an add on service for;
- people who would like me to check they have followed the recommendations I have previously given them
- for those who just want an expert eye examining their premises or land for them
- getting me onsite to help with the specific facing of a home when a slab is being poured
- providing advice regarding the alignment of a front door to ensure it is receiving prosperous Chi.

I have found that there are many people who just can’t afford a full Feng Shui consultation with a reputable and experienced consultant yet really need help in harmonising the challenging energies in their home/business to help support wealth, health and relationships; So I offer a remote consultation that is specifically tailored and relevant to your own home/business.
I personally will be analysing your home and providing you with a comprehensive report in PDF format.
This is not done with automated software – it is specifically tailored to your home/business hence no two reports are the same. There will also be additional general tips and hints for each room in the home.
The great thing with today’s technology is that we can now use tools such as Google earth to give us:
- Extremely accurate compass readings which allows me to look at and analyse the surrounding landforms
- The street view function enables me to view the front of the building in addition to the street the premises is located on.
This analysis does NOT include a site visit so can be applied WORLDWIDE.
There are a few conditions that MUST be met for me to conduct this special consultation.
- The property must be able to be viewed using Google earth
- Floor plans of the home or business (must be to scale) need to be in email format
- Approximate age of the building (i.e. when it was built)
This price is for a single story dwelling or small office space. An additional $50 is charged for two storey homes or larger office spaces.
Internal renovations are acceptable however any renovations with new roof lines would need to be checked prior to your purchase being accepted
Once payment is received, a request for the above information in addition to a short questionnaire will be emailed to you. Once you have emailed back the required information please allow 5-10 days for the completion of your comprehensive written report. As I mentioned this is individually tailored by me for you and as I do not use automated software it does take time to ensure the report is specifically designed for your home/business.
The comprehensive written report will include analysis including:

- Advice on water feature placement to stimulate financial prosperity

Not sure if your home or business can be viewed from Google Earth?
Go to Google Earth and download the current version. Once downloaded you can then open and enter your address. If you can zoom in and see your home you will then be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
Unfortunately if your home/business is not able to be viewed you cannot take advantage of this offer. The reason for this is that an extreme compass reading is required and without this information an analysis cannot take place.
Hand drawn floor plans are acceptable as long as they are drawn to scale and clearly marked.
I reserve the right to refuse to do any remote consultation if I know that the compass reading is on the border of two mountains and could therefore be a more complicated chart – this happens very rarely and your purchase price will be refunded in full if this occurs.
Because you will have had a comprehensive consultation completed you will be able to take advantage of the $168 + gst (single storey) or $198 + gst (double storey) for residential and $268 + gst for business annual assessment each year which is only available to my current clients!

This type of consultation is crucial especially if renovating or building. Proper placement of fire in the home ensures prosperity, abundance and wellbeing of all occupants. No visit is required just an accurate floorplan and the date of birth of all occupants.
In Feng Shui the placement and location of fire must be considered for the following reasons:
- Each individual’s physical, mental and emotional health
- For inspiration, creativity, wealth and status
- For the health and longevity of the building
In this type of consultation two aspects will be addressed:
- The human aspect in relation to the position of the stove and/or fireplace. How does the fire placement in our environment affect us as individuals
- The fire in relation to itself. Where is the fire placed and how does it affect the whole household.

Remedies are an additional cost. There are cheap options to remedy an entire house which will cost no more than $50. If you would like to use traditional feng shui remedies which are more expensive then these can also be purchased at my online shop, Everythingfengshui.com.au
A floorplan is required for an analysis to be completed. I can provide an additional service to clients by sketching out an approximate floorplan if required. This will not be 100% to scale but will enable the analysis to be completed effectively.

A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment with the balance owing prior to the release of the final report. Direct deposit into my bank account is the preferred method or credit card (VISA/MasterCard) payment over the phone.

A Tax Invoice can be issued for any service provided.

A couple of things made 2011 a very special year and in a way, a turning point for me and my husband.
